What is Coaching?

Coaching is about helping you be more successful.  It is about maximising your strengths and also about change and transformation - we help you tap into your ability to grow and to learn new ways of being.  We are all creatures of habit and often can't see ourselves as others do.  Coaching will raise your self-awareness and help you master your current thoughts, behaviours and actions to maximise your ability to successfully achieve your goals.  The first step is to become aware of both your conscious and unconscious processes.  This awareness gives you the power and opportunity to break unhelpful habits, create change and be more successful.

How does Coaching help you as a leader?

We all have the ability to be successful leaders; leaders of ourselves and leaders of others.  If you're in a leadership role one-on-one coaching can take your skills and motivation to the next level.  Our Coaches have proven skills in leadership and business and have coached many leaders to improve their own performance and results as well as that of their teams.  You will learn strategies for success and how to enhance your ability to communicate and influence others.

Why have a Coach?

Just like high performance athletes have Coaches, so to do many successful leaders and managers.  They recognise the benefit of having someone working with them to help them achieve their aspirations and goals.  Successful Coaches are motivated by the desire to see their clients excel.

Your Coach will work with you to identify your goals and support, challenge and guide you through the transformation process.  Meet our Coaches.

What is the Coaching process?

We will first get clarity on your Coaching objectives and the length of time we will work together.

Sessions are typically weekly and an hour long.

We will agree on ongoing Coaching assignments to embed new strategies, develop skills and reinforce changes to help you achieve your objectives.

The DiSC® Profiling System is a tool we can use to help you understand your personal operating style, self-limiting habits and ways you can adapt behaviour to become more successful in your work and social environment.

What the research says...

If you're wanting more quantifiable benefits from coaching then read on:

Recent international research indicates a median Return on Investment (ROI) from coaching to be *700% or about 7 times the original investment in the coaching.  This supports earlier research which sited ROI of 788%**. Furthermore 96% of clients surveyed indicated that they would repeat the coaching experience given the same circumstances that lead them there in the first place.

Not all coaching has direct financial based objectives however other benefits can be quantified such as retaining employees who would likely have left prior to the coaching and demonstrable increases in productivity.
